There are three basic rules:
1) Embed the note, hint, reference, FAQ in the most appropriate section of the docs. Yes, this is subjective to a degree, but for example . . . put the Q&A on the Pvt. Mann Hero Counter for WED in the Pvt. Mann rule section. Don't just put it anywhere.
2) Official rulings from the Designer (Adam) or the Developer (Nick) belong in areas sectioned off by horizontal rules. It is assumed the ruling comes from CSW, BGG, or direct interaction with the above. To make a horizontal rule use the Toolbar while editing and choose Horizontal Rule. Proceed the comment with a question mark Smiley () from Smiley→ in the tool bar. The results look something like:
Q: Does the term “disruptions” have an in-game effect? Was Cohesion Hits meant? A:This should be Cohesion Hits.
3) Hints or content from the community belong in areas sectioned off by horizontal rules. To make a horizontal rule use the Toolbar while editing and choose Horizontal Rule. Proceed the comment with an exclamation mark Smiley () from Smiley→ in the tool bar. The results look something like:
